Bailey LaHouse
Program Director
Bailey was born in Bossier City, Louisiana and raised in Longview, Tx where she lived for 24 years. She is the oldest of 5 girls and has always displayed natural leadership qualities. Bailey graduated from high school in 2012 at age 16; two years early and with honors. After completing high school, she began college, where she achieved a degree in Emergency Medicine, and became a Nationally Registered Emergency Medical Technician. Her career path was greatly influenced by her father, who has been a first responder working as a fire fighter, paramedic, and SWAT officer her entire life. She has worked in various customer service and healthcare fields.
Bailey moved from East Texas to the Hill Country in 2021, where she met and married her wife, Erica. They built their dream home and are raising three fur babies. Rowan and Rhett are black lab’s that they began fostering at 2 weeks old, and later adopted; and Quinn is a 3lb Jack Russel mix, who although small, runs their house. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her wife, and making memories they can forever cherish.
My Why:
Working with first responders and military personnel suffering with PTSD, and substance dependance is a passion very near and dear to my heart. I have struggled with PTSD and Addiction, and through lots of hard work, I am enjoying my life again for the first time in a long time. Looking forward to the future is a feeling that many people take for granted, and after I rediscovered this feeling, I made it my mission to help others find it too.
