Damon Gray is a proud father to his daughter and finds immense joy in spending days at the softball field, watching her pitch with enthusiasm. Apart from his love for softball, Damon also enjoys fishing, cherishes spending quality time with his family, and relishes moments at the beach. He has a strong work ethic and enjoys working. Damon grew up in Caroline County and was managing the facility that is now Warriors Heart when they came to look at the property.

My Why:

My why is deeply rooted in personal experiences and a strong desire to make a difference. I want to be a part of Warriors Heart because I have seen firsthand the devastating effects that PTS and addiction can have on individuals and their loved ones. This firsthand experience has driven me to want to help others find healing and support.

Transitioning Warriors Heart into our community as seamlessly and efficiently as possible is important to me. I believe that everyone deserves access to the resources and support they need to overcome these challenges and live fulfilling lives. Being a part of Warriors Heart allows me to contribute to this mission and make a positive impact on those struggling with PTS and addiction.
