James Tripp was born and raised in Bandera. At the age of 18, James joined the Army as a Military Police Officer and shortly after deployed to Afghanistan. James spent over five years in the Army with two deployments to Afghanistan before leaving. After leaving the military, James worked in the oil field and took care of his daughter, Olivia, before moving to Louisiana to be closer to her. Now James is back home in Bandera with his family.

My Why:

My Why would be to work for a company that truly cares about veterans and first responders. I’ve been looking for a job that felt like home, working with people who have the same experience I have. I believe every veteran and first responder could find that at Warriors Heart. I also believe in the mission of Warriors Heart and have always wanted to do something to help others.
