I was unable to serve my country due to injury coming out of high school, I had put all my eggs into that basket. I went through life the hard way and learned a lot. In the back of my mind, I always regretted not being able to serve. Warrior’ Heart gives me a chance to serve in a sense, serve the men and women that have been there and see a lot and come home hurt in more than body. Being able to see a warrior leave better than they were before they came here, gives my life purpose and a sense fulfillment.
