Marissa is from Stafford, Virginia. She graduated from North Stafford High School. In 2017, Marissa enlisted into the U.S. Army as a Biomedical Equipment Technician. She served for four and half years active duty and one year in Virginia National Guard. On her spare time, she listens to audible books, cooks, and bakes. She is passionate about helping others to the best of her ability.

My Why:

I have always been a 24/7 listening ear for those around me. After being in the military, the calls increased, but so did my support for others. After a crisis in my family, I decided that being apart of an organization to help warriors is what I wanted to do. When I found Warriors Heart, I knew it was where I needed to be.
