My Why: Michelle Cheatham

Michelle is from all around texas. Most of her roots are in college station Texas her mom moved us as kids so much she did get roots until high school where she got involved in venturing and exploring scouting. She acceled and was one of the first scouts to get the Venturing bronze award. She has two beautiful kids and loves animals.

I worked in animal control for 6 yrs and saw things that were hard for me to process. I worked alongside law enforcement but I never saw half of what they had to see or go through every day. I would ask an officer how it’s going and you could just see it in their face when they said fine. It was always a lie and I didn’t know how to help . now i am so honored to be able to give assistance to their healing
