I was raised in a very patriotic area of Texas, and my family had many who served our country in various branches, and both Grandads served in WWII. I was thrilled to learn of Warriors Heart when they moved to Bandera, and the exciting things they were doing to help our warriors and true heroes in their battles with PTSD and addictions. I have seen so often both personally and professionally the struggles, difficulties, and effects of alcoholism and addictions on the individual, as well as their families and friends.
It is so rewarding to know that we can serve and assist those that have given so much to us in their service for our country. It’s truly “inspiring” to see and help them in their recovery journey, and then to see the blessings that come to them and their families.
