On January 11, 2019, film, ‘Sgt. Will Gardner’ will release in select theaters and through on-demand video. Sgt. Will Gardner presents audiences with the titular character, Will, a veteran who sets out on a cross-country journey to reunite with his son and also suffers from traumatic brain injury (TBI). Due to the severe condition, Will experiences difficulties reintegrating into society.
According to director Max Martini, he hopes the film will “raise awareness for the on-going battles which returning soldiers encounter.” Mona Vista Productions will be donating a portion of the film’s proceeds to three charities including Warriors Heart to help support veterans suffering from TBI.
